    MEDITATION TIPS

    1. Meditation is best done in the morning before you being the rush of the day, even if you try for ten minutes daily on an empty stomach, this will help.
    2. Generally don’t meditate on a full stomach.
    3. If you like to meditate before going to bed, make sure you eat light meal early, go for a walk and then settle for your meditation
