According to
''Veda'' ginger is stimulating our level of energy . The other name of ginger
is ''biswa''. from the time of
vedic age ginger was used for
marinating ingredients , to increase the test foods. For this reasons we used
it 's extracts in meat preparation. The botanical name of ginger is ''GINGIBAR
OCSENEL ROCKS ''. Ginger contains salt, potassium, volatile, oil and also some
chemical substance.
The usefulness of ginger in various
disease:
(1) Cough & cold
: In case of suddenly attack by cough and cold then 1 tea spoon juice of ginger
1 tea spoon honey 1 tea spoon juice of
basil leaf and 2 tea spoon juice of Suli Leaf in twice a day continued for 3
days.
(2) Loss of appetite
: 15mins before meal some ginger mix with rock salt in very useful for appetite, taste and also good for cough..
(3) Gouts: 1 tea spoon juice of ginger and 10gms of old
Jiggery (gur) in every morning
continuously for 1 month.
(4) Small pox :
Mixture of 1 tea spoon ginger juice and 1 tea spoon basil leaf juice is help to explore the pox patches.
(5) Severe Decently
: Smashed dry ganger with 1cup mild hot water twice dilly till recovery.
(6) Hiccups: Mixture
of 1cup milk of goat with 1tea spoon ganger juice is useful for hiccups.
